About Andrew
Andrew Gillespie has developed his
knowledge, skills and experience over 30 years through consulting, contracting
and working in executive management roles predominately across the Utility
sector both nationally and internationally. His expertise and proven abilities
encompass Strategy, Business Development, Asset Management, Project Management,
Regulatory Compliance, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, ISO
Management Systems and Audit.
Andrew is able to effectively communicate
at all levels and utilises collaboration and engagement to break down silos and
develop living strategies that are easy to deploy, measure and maintain. Andrew
has been awarded for his approach to innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
Andrew has worked with a range of
companies including Energy Queensland Ltd, Ergon Energy Corporation Ltd, Power
Water Corporation NT, and multinationals including Landis & Gyr and Enermet
Oy. His cultural work experience spans Oceania, Europe, China, India and North
America.
Andrew has achieved several professional Quality Assessor accreditations;
• In 2021, Andrew was endorsed as an Approved Quality Auditor for the purposes of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Approved Auditors Scheme) and registered with JAS-ANZ.
• In 2021 Andrew was appointed as Registered Quality Assessor (5407) by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
